Ranges generally stay within an octave and a fifth, and the clarinets do not go above the break. Trumpets need to be able to play third-space C, but no higher. The low brass range is from low Bb to high Bb. Percussion is snare, bass, woodblock, and triangle. This piece will excite your students with a very lively repetitive motif that they can grasp easily and enjoy success. Performance time is a little under two minutes.
